Refund policy
Dear Customer,
Thank you for understanding and accepting our return policy. This policy is in place to prevent customers from ordering multiple products without genuine intent to purchase, as our items are often fragile, unique, and may be damaged during shipping if not handled with care.
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, sealed in its original packaging.

Please note that if your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item promptly, the quickest option is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize and post the refund.
